Anglian Water's successful partnership with contractors and consultants

Client need

Anglian Water is the largest water and water recycling company in England and Wales by geographic area. Anglian Water supply water and water recycling services to almost six million people in the East of England and Hartlepool.

For the five-year Asset Management Period (AMP7) Anglian Water established its @one Alliance Framework. This was an NEC Alliance Contract based delivery team with seven partners. These are comprised of the client asset delivery team, external contractors, and consultants, all contributing to the success of each project.

As part of the @one Alliance, there was a need for a additional senior quantity surveyor support. The objective was to ensure there were expert professionals contributing to each project by providing cost and contract management services.
